The contents of documented information include information about environmental management system & its related procedures. All information using which the organisation needs to operate and all information required for documentation of results (aka records) come under the documented information.

Mandatory documents and records required by ISO 14001:2015

Here are the documents you need to produce if you want to be compliant with ISO 14001:
